It feels totally surreal. I am sitting in my lounge on my own, in absolute silence apart from my keyboard as I type and the neighbour’s kid having a total meltdown. They sometime fight and argue but most of the time they simply enjoy each others presence. They share laughs and games. They invent castles and dragons and train rides to the North Pole. They play hide and seek, laugh out loud and giggle for things adults find “silly”.

Not that I don’t want a girl ever, just that I am not pinning for a girl. People so easily assume that because you have two boys you MUST want a girl.

Coping with strong attachment
